My experience with no limit started off a little rough around the edges because of confusion with the initial estimate provided. However, when I began to deal with Veronica(s), (there are two there and you would be lucky to deal with either one) I have to say my experience improved vastly from that point on. Any issues that arose during the process of painting my entire vehicle were handled and addressed in a courteous and professional manner. I even had the pleasure of speaking with Jose (the owner) and Manny (the shop foreman). All good people. The vehicle was there for quite some time, but there was A LOT of work that needed to be addressed (full vehicle repaint, all four wheels refurbished, new tires mounted and balanced, swapped out side mirrors, installed new black door pillars, installed antenna, swapped out taillights, removed emblems and badges) and at the end of the day, they delivered the vehicle and I was very satisfied with the final results. Car drives amazing now and people often compliment me when they see this S55 AMG given the condition it is in now. 1,000,000 times better than when I dropped it off. I brought my very special little yellow ‘punch-buggy’ to No Limit to get a paint repair on the front hood. Because of the unique color of my car, I was anxious that it couldn’t be matched. I saw the caliber of high-end cars they were working on in the shop and I was worried my little buggy wouldn’t matter much amongst the big players. However, Jose, the owner, personally came out to inspect the damage and called over the technician who would be working on it to go over exactly what needed to be done to get it right. From there on in it was smooth sailing and I was made to feel like a VIP! Veronica kept in constant contact along the process, putting all my worries at ease. When they returned it, not only was the color a perfect match but I was pleasantly surprised to see they also meticulously detailed it! It literally looked brand new. Had a minor accident in the front, NO LIMIT repaired the front. All the body lines matched up perfectly. No gaps or spaces, and they laid the black paint beautifully. Response time was quick and I received my vehicle back quickly and promptly. Thanks again, I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back there for any future repairs or touch ups.
